Zaeem qualified in 2015 and is Real Estate (Residential and Commercial) specialist. Prior to joining the firm, Zaeem worked for a regional and two top tier City law firms and has experience of advising industry-leading clients. Zaeem joined the firm in December 2019 as Director, Head of Real Estate and leads the London office. He has previously acted for clients such as Land Securities, The Crown Estate, BlackRock Asset Management and Royal London in transactions with values of upwards of £100 million. Outside of work, Zaeem enjoys playing sports, spending time with his family and trying new restaurants in London.

Zaeem was incredibly helpful and diligent with a tricky commercial lease. He was always happy to talk through things, always reachable and from my point of view went above and beyond what he was asked to do.
